The other day, my brother came back from the DStv office at Airport and was frustrated about the customer care system that was there. I was pondering why he was getting so worked up about it. Maybe it's because he was living outside Ghana for a long time and is still not used to how things work in Ghana.
Most of the shop assistants,waiters, clerks and the lot behave as if they are doing you a favor. Some of them are so cheeky and rude you wonder why they are still employed where they work.
It's funny when you think most of these guys come to you begging for work and for like three months they are on their best behavior. Then, when they get comfortable with work they start putting up airs.
My thing is, if you can't handle proper customer care don't get involved at all. It is not by force.
